Replacements? Don’t count on it.

According to bassist Tommy Stinson, if the Replacements were to reunite soon, it would be for all the wrong reasons. He says it’s true that promoters have been flashing cash at them, and it’s true the band has contemplated cashing in.

But Stinson makes it very clear a reunion would only be for the love of money. Rumors began swirling around back in 2006, following the release of Don’t You Know Who I Think I Was?, which featured some new work.
