Rock Band releases Paul McCartney’s Höfner replica photo

Harmonix Music Systems, maker of the popular Rock Band video game, The Beatles and MTV Games previously announced they’d partnered to create The Beatles: Rock Band, based on the Beatles’ music.

Surviving band members, bassist Sir Paul McCartney and drummer Ringo Starr, plus Yoko Ono and Olivia Harrison are all providing input for the game.

Now a photo of the replica of McCartney’s famous Höfner has emerged. The big difference? It was designed for right-handers.

The Beatles: Rock Band will be available on Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
