Freihofer’s Jazz Festival
The 32nd annual Freihofer’s Jazz Festival kicks off on June 27th, in Saratoga Springs, NY, with over 20 performances taking place during the two-day event.
On Saturday, June 27, the festival kicks off with performances by SMV – Stanley Clarke, Marcus Miller, Victor Wooten, Gary Burton Quartet Revisited with Steve Swallow, Pat Metheny and Antonio Sanchez, Patti LaBelle, Spanish Harlem Orchestra, Kind of Blue @ 50 with Jimmy Cobb’s So What Band (featuring bassist Buster Williams), Mark Morganelli & Jazz Forum Brazil Project, Kendra Shank Quartet and others.
Sunday’s performances feature George Benson and his tribute to Nat “King” Cole, Dave Brubeck Quartet’s celebration of 50 years of Time Out, Bettye Lavette, Bonerama, George Coleman, Gino Sitson and others.
