New Project for Zeppelin Bassist

Former Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones has started a new rock project with Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age) and Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters). They are currently in the recording phase of a much anticipated album.

In April, Jones had said the following: “I’m working on some other music, which is more rock based, with a couple of other people. We hope to be everywhere this summer.” When the interview got more in depth, Jones got quiet, “It’s a secret, actually,” he said. “I shouldn’t have even said that, you know? There are some exciting projects coming up, let’s put it that way.”

There will be more to come as this project develops. Either way it looks like it will be something worth waiting for!
