John Paul Jones: Them Crooked Vultures
You may remember earlier in July we posted a story about former Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones joining a new “super group” with Josh Homme and Dave Grohl. The group now has a name: Them Crooked Vultures.
The band has been working in an Los Angeles studio for some time recording an album and plan to make their debut appearance in Chicago on August 9th. While there is not much information yet, the band does have an official website linking to their Twitter, Facebook and Myspace pages. Rumors of a UK tour are floating around, as always we’ll keep you informed as soon as new information is released.
