Tommy Stinson Reacts to Rumors of Guns N’ Roses Cancelled Tour

Tommy StinsonIn a recent interview with Cleveland’s WNCX 98.5, Tommy Stinson commented on the rumors swirling around cancelled Guns N’ Roses tour dates. Apparently, Axl Rose’s Twitter account was hacked, with the message, “All upcoming Guns N’ Roses dates are officially cancelled. Please contact your place of purchase for any refunds.”

It has been announced that the dates are all still on and that the post was indeed a hoax, but there was lots of confusion following the tweet, even in the GnR camp itself.

“It’s startling to me how stuff happens,” Stinson told WNCX. “You know, it’s stressful. It’s like ya kinda think, ‘OK, well, I’ve gotta get my life in order here ’cause I’m leaving in five days,’ and then you hear something like that coming down the pike. And it’s like Sunday night and you’re like, ‘How am I supposed to deal with that?’ Everyone’s just trying to figure out what’s happening with it and how it happened and then I get the call that everything’s fine, whatever — it’s just some crazy [stuff] going on.”
