Top 10: The Most Watched Bass Videos (December 2011)

Our featured bass videos in December broke all kinds of records for views on No Treble in a single month.

The top 10 featured many familiar faces, plus some newcomers to No Treble HQ and readers.

Bassist Nick Mason (no, not the drummer), took the #1 slot with his solo bass arrangement of Randy Newman’s Toy Story classic, “You’ve Got a Friend In Me”.

Dirty Loops and bassist Henrik Linder once again impressed with their much improved version of Justin Bieber’s hit “Baby”, complete with killer bass solo.

On December 1st, we celebrated Jaco Pastorius‘ 60th birthday all day with several stories and videos. His live performance of “Three Views of a Secret” made it at #9. Richard Bona did his own Jaco tribute with a live performance of “Teen Town”, coming in at #3.

One of our favorite bassists to feature, and regular member of the No Treble Top 10 club is Zander Zon, who wowed everyone with his solo bass take on Metallica’s “The Unforgiven”.
