Primus Kicks Off West Coast Tour and Announces Tour Poster Artists
Primus is now on tour on the US west coast, which kicked off yesterday with the band’s first visit to the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA.
The two-week tour makes its way up the west coast from there to many Primus-favorite spots such as Eugene, Seattle, and Vancouver, plus some new ones, including Spokane and Grand Junction.
Fishbone will be joining the Les Claypool-led band on three of the dates, including last night’s LA show, and the upcoming performances in Las Vegas and Santa Cruz.
Primus has also put together another poster series for this year’s tour. They plan to have one to commemorate each stop on their 2012 North American tour, excluding festivals, and each will be limited edition hand-printed silkscreen posters available at each venue.
