Red Hot Chili Peppers: Bass Play-Along
Hal Leonard has added a new edition to their Bass Play-Along series, with the release of Red Hot Chili Peppers: Bass Play-Along (Vol. 42).
The 80 page book offers up tab for nine Flea bass lines, with the standard enhanced audio CD that is included with each book in this series.
The audio provides the opportunity to hear the bass line as it should be played and follow along, or play to the backing tracks. The CD’s enhanced features allow for slowing down the music without impacting pitch. The enhanced features require a Windows or Mac computer.
In addition to the bass notation, the book includes the vocals and melody parts.

I know the song has been published in lots of HL books, but it’s still missing “Higher Ground”. Then it might be an almost perfect starting point. As it is, the song list looks merely excellent. ;)
