Ibanez Introduces Promethean P3110 1×10? Combo Amp

Ibanez Promethean P3110 1x10" Combo AmpIbanez has expanded their Promethean combo range to include the P3110. The 1×10? combo amp features a Class-D power amplifier and pumps out 300 watts. It’s also stocked with a high frequency tweeter with a passive crossover and on/off switch.

Similar to the rest of its brethren, the P3110 offers a 3-band EQ and a Phat control, which enhances lows and highs simultaneously. A built in peak limiting circuit can be switched on and off. Other features include a line out with ground lift and pre/post EQ, an auxiliary input, and a headphones output.

The new Ibanez P3110 Promethean 1×10 Bass Combo will be shipping this month with a street price of around $349.99. For more info, check out the Ibanez website.

  1. looks awesome & portable but how do you get 300W out of a 1×10 speaker without blowing the poor thing?

  3. You need at least 300 what’s.

    • I don’t know about that, Mark. I played a 100 watt Ampeg B4-B for years, and it was plenty loud. Of course, I wasn’t playing death metal or anything too extreme. If your speaker is efficient, you don’t need as much power as you might think.

  5. just ordered a B-stock or blem. Was looking for micro head but seems like a good deal for $260. Does not appear that the head is removeable on this one?

  6. Got mine yesterday, sounds great, haven’t gigged it yet.
