Alfred Music Adds New Led Zeppelin Platinum Bass Titles to Series

Alfred Music has released the remaining books in their Platinum Bass series featuring the music of Led Zeppelin and bass lines of John Paul Jones.

The latest round features the bass line transcriptions for Coda, In Through the Out Door and Presence.

As with all books in the Platinum Bass series, both standard notation and tab for the bass lines are included, plus the lyrics and vocal melodies. The materials within the books are derived from over 30 years worth of documentation, interviews and recordings.

Led Zeppelin: Coda Platinum Bass Guitar includes transcriptions for “We’re Gonna Groove”, “Poor Tom”, “I Can’t Quit You Baby”, “Walter’s Walk”, “Ozone Baby”, “Darlene”, “Wearing and Tearing”, “Baby Come on Home”, “Travelling Riverside Blues”, “White Summer/Black Mountain Side” and “Hey, Hey What Can I Do”.

Led Zeppelin: In Through the Out Door Platinum Bass Guitar includes transcriptions for “In the Evening”, “South Bound Saurez”, “Fool in the Rain”, “Hot Dog”, “Carouselambra”, “All My Love” and “I’m Gonna Crawl”.

Led Zeppelin: Presence Platinum Bass Guitar includes transcriptions for “Achilles Last Stand”, “For Your Life”, “Royal Orleans”, “Nobody’s Fault But Mine”, “Candy Store Rock”, “Hots on for Nowhere” and “Tea for One”.
