Coal Chamber has announced that bassist Nadja Peulen is back in the fold. The band, which reunited in 2011 and has been “taking it slow” since then, made the announcement on their website:
“Sometimes change is good. Especially when that change reunites a person with someone from the past who they love and had missed. Thats right folks, Nadja is back. We are thrilled to let you all know that Nadja Peulen had officially returned to the coal chamber family on bass.”
Peulen, who replaces Chela Rhea Harper, first played with the industrial metal outfit on tour in 1999 and became an official member in 2002. She stuck with the band until their 2003 breakup.
“Beyond happy and excited today to announce my return on bass with Coal Chamber,” Peulen wrote. “I’ve missed my brothers and can’t wait to rock the stage with them again and see all of you!”
