Deep Purple Releases Full Graz Concert on “Graz 1975”

Deep Purple: Graz 1975Fans of Glenn Hughes and Deep Purple (Mark III) can hear the band’s full April 3, 1975 concert at the Liebenauer ice rink in Graz, Austria on Graz 1975, another installment in the The Official Deep Purple (Overseas) Live Series. It’s the first time the show has been released in its entirety.

The show was one of the last for the Mk. III lineup, which featured Ritchie Blackmore on guitar. Blackmore went on to found Rainbow. For the Graz show, as was common for the Mk. III and IV versions of the band, bassist Hughes shared lead vocal duties with David Coverdale, who went on to front Whitesnake.
