Gerald Veasley’s Bass BootCamp Returns March 18-20

Gerald Veasley's Bass BootCampGerald Veasley’s Bass Boot Camp is back in Philadelphia again this year from March 18th through the 20th. Led by Veasley, the camp three-day camp includes workshops, lessons, masterclasses, and performances by world class bass players to teach bassists of all levels. This year’s workshop instructors include Gail Ann Dorsey, Andrew Gouché, Tony Grey, Adam Nitti, Patrick Pfeiffer, Rob Smith Veasley, Richard Waller III, and Anthony Wellington.

“Gerald Veasley’s Bass BootCamp offers attendees an experience unlike any other music seminar,” the camp’s website states. “The program is the ultimate experience for Bassists looking to grow and develop during a weekend getaway. Participants learn, perform and are exposed to leading bass players, as well as bass-related concerts. Moreover, a significant number of campers return year after year to enjoy the Bass BootCamp experience!”

The Bass BootCamp EXPO will also return on March 19th with over 22 exhibitors displaying all sorts of bass products. It will also feature master classes, followed by an All Star Bass BootCamp concert.

The Gerald Veasley Bass BootCamp will be held March 18-20, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia West in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Cost of tuition is $549, while entry for the EXPO on March 19 is $10.
