Roy Vogt Presents the 6th Annual Thunder Row Bass Invitational at Summer NAMM 2016

Roy VogtRoy Vogt’s Thunder Row Bass Invitational is back for its sixth year. The two-day event will be held in Nashville, Tennessee at the Douglas Corner Café on June 23rd and 24th to coincide with the annual Summer NAMM show.

This year’s event will have an incredible roster of bassists. Thursday night will showcase Anthony “Smooth Groove” Joyner, The Interludes with (No Treble contributor) Ryan Madora, Brittany Frompovich, Jon Von Boehm, Jared Lees, Roy Vogt’s Urban Legends, Nicolas Golder and Josh “Bass Mountain” Townsend, Blake Branch, and Luke Putney and the Monks of Funk.

Friday night will have Brian Shind, Norm Stockton, Michael Dimin, Dave Pomeroy, Bill Clements and Jaymi Millard, Roy Vogt, Tim McDonald and Chester Thompson Trio, Bobby Vega, Vuyani Wakaba and Friends, and Mario Sangermano. Each night also promises to have surprise guests.

The event is a fundraiser for the W.O. Smith Music School, whose mission is to “make affordable, quality music instruction available to children from low-income families.” Tickets for the 6th Annual Thunder Row Bass Invitational are $10 dollars and will be available at the door.
