Pino Palladino Joins John Mayer for North American Tour
John Mayer is gearing up for his new album, The Search for Everything, with a North American tour to take place from March 31st to April 22nd. The trek will showcase the songwriter in three settings starting with a full band, then moving to a solo acoustic set, and finishing with his trio.
Mayer’s trio is rounded out by drummer Steve Jordan and bass phenom Pino Palladino, each of whom is featured on the upcoming release. Check out Palladino laying it down with Mayer on the Tonight Show for the song “Love on the Weekend”:
The tour will kick off in Albany, New York and focus on the East and Midwest with several Canadian dates. Tickets for the tour go on sale February 3rd, and each ticket purchased will include a physical copy of The Search for Everything.
