The Who: Eminence Front (Live)

The Who’s It’s Hard was one of the first albums I bought on vinyl, back in 1982. I always loved John Entwistle’s bass line on “Eminence Front.”

I decided to check out the album again, which brought me to this live performance from their tour stop in Toronto that year.

The Ox throws in some seriously tasty lines after the song gets going – especially around the 4:30 mark. And he doesn’t need to dance.
