Tim Lefebvre has stepped down from the bass position in the Tedeschi Trucks Band, the group has announced. The bassist, who has also worked with artists from David Bowie to Elvis Costello, is moving on so he can work on more projects.

Japanese pedal company One Control has just announced the Blue 360, a bass preamp pedal created in collaboration with pedal designer Björn Juhl. The new unit is part of their Amp-in-a-box series and is made to reproduce the sound of the Acoustic 360 preamp.

The Decemberists Release New EP, “Traveling On”
Just a few months after their latest studio album, The Decemberists have just released a new EP called “Traveling On.” The Portland-based indie rock band culled the five tracks from the sessions that produced “I’ll Be Your Girl.”
