After months of anticipation, Roger Waters has set a release date for his remake of Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon.” “The Dark Side of the Moon Redux” will be dropping on October 6th.

Roger Waters has been working hard on his re-recording of the Pink Floyd classic “Dark Side of The Moon.” While that project is being wrapped up, he’s announced a CD and vinyl edition of his most recent album, “The Lockdown Sessions.”

During the pandemic, Roger Waters kept busy with his band by recording tracks remotely from their own homes. Waters released the tracks vis his YouTube channel, but now he’s put them together as a album called “The Lockdown Sessions.”

Roger Waters cowrote one of the most iconic rock songs of all time, and now he’s reimagined it for 2022. The new version of “Comfortably Numb” from Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” has a new arrangement in a lower key and an eerier atmosphere.
