After revealing they had purchased Aguilar Amplification in January, Korg USA has announced the acquisition of another popular bass brand: Darkglass Electronics. Korg USA president Joe Castronovo delivered the news in a press release.

Aguilar Amplification has been acquired by Korg USA, according to an email sent to retailers. Company co-founder Dave Boonshoft confirmed the news on Facebook.
