Khruangbin has been through a lot since their debut album in 2015. As they rose in popularity, their sound began to morph. On their new album, “A La Sala,” they’re going back to their roots.

Khruangbin recently announced their next studio album, “A LA SALA,” will be dropping on April 5th. Now they’re revealed that they’ll be supporting the record with an extensive North American tour.

Khruangbin wrapped up their 2023 live series of albums with an epic double LP called “Live at Sydney Opera House.” The band, fronted by bassist/vocalist Laura Lee Ochoa, sold out the iconic Australian venue in November 2022 and delivered a monstrous performance.

Khruangbin has released the first of their new five-part live album series, and they’re kicking it off with music from a special set from Austin, Texas. “Live At Stubb’s” documents the band’s evolving live sound while showcasing some of their musical friends.

I’ve really been enjoying Khruangbin’s “Texas Moon” album with Leon Bridges, so I went down the path of watching many of their videos. Here’s a great one from their performance at Austin City Limits last year.

After releasing the “Texas Moon” EP with Leon Bridges, Khruangbin has announced that they’re expanding their upcoming tour, stretching it into August and October.
