Bonga (vocals, dikanza) is joined by 12 musicians from around the world for this performance of “Mona Ki Ngi Xica,” which can be translated as “My Child, I Have to Leave You.” Alana Alberg is the bassist on the recording.

Playing For Change’s epic run of videos continues with a great one. Warren Haynes takes the lead on his tune, “Soulshine,” with Duda Lima on bass.

You can always count on Playing For Change to drop incredible videos. In this new one, they bring together 100 musicians and dancers from 18 different countries to record their version of John Mayer’s “Waiting on the World to Change.”

The Playing For Change Band paid tribute to Robbie Robertson with a special performance of “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door.” Robertson passed away on August 9, 2023.

I love it when Playing For Change drops a new video, and they did just that this morning. In this one, over 40 musicians from 13 countries got together virtually to record a beautiful version of U2’s “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For.”
