This may be Zander Zon’s most ambitious effort to date. Zander plays three basses in this latest video, where he is once again joined by vocalists KJC, who also provide piano and violin on the track. Here’s their take on Coldplay’s “Hymn for the Weekend”.

We first featured Periphery’s Adam “Nolly” Getgood with an epic bass cam video for their song “Make Total Destroy“. Now Nolly is back with another face-melting run-through with the song “Prayer Position” from the band’s latest album, Periphery III: Select Difficulty. The bassist rips it up with an absolutely crushing tone that cuts perfectly on the song’s blazing unison lines....

Spare Parts sent us their latest, and this time is a little different than we’ve seen from them previously. Filmed by Jody Michael Miller, here’s the trio anchored by Colin Scott performing their cover of Led Zeppelin’s “Four Sticks”.

Bassist Jason Kishander sent me this video, and it is quite clever. They took one of the most recognizable ring tones (“Opening” on iPhone), and turned it into this bass and drums jam. It took me a minute to focus on the video and not pick up my phone. Then things got really interesting.
