Cream, Live At Royal Albert Hall: Outside Woman Blues (2005)

On November 26, 1968, Cream performed their last show together at London’s Royal Albert Hall. In 2005, the trio of Jack Bruce, Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker returned to the Hall for a reunion concert – the first time since the brief set at Cream’s 1993 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Here’s one of the performances from the four-night set, with the band playing “Outside Woman Blues”.

The concert was made available on a two-disc DVD set.

  1. I grew up on Jack Bruce… my second bass (and my first professional level instrument) was a Gibson EB-3, with which I blew up several amps. Still love listening to – and learning from – him. ~ Lane On Bass.

  2. I have always loved Cream. All three of them are great musicians. I particularly like Jack Bruce because he was such an influence on me when I was expanding my musical knowledge. Jack, whether you know it or not you are such a great teacher and influence on anyone who cares to listen to you play. Best of luck on your upcoming tours.
