    I notice Erland utilizing his 6 string fretless on a couple of fills between 1:40 and 2:00 in. Doesn’t appear the high C is involved but there’s also no distinction in the tab of when he switches out basses. Anyone else notice this?

    It’s because there are two basses playing at once, and the fretless just happens to be a six string. I never wrote down the fretless part as it made for some awkward looking video, but I guess I could update the GP-file for the few who’d have a need for that.
