Carvin Audio Returns with New Leadership
Back in October, we shared the sad news that Carvin Audio was closing its doors after over seven decades of business. Now we’ve got good news to share: the Carvin Corporation is back with new executive leadership. The company shared the news in a statement explaining that Joel Kiesel and Kristen Kiesel Lieurance will serve as President and Vice President. They are the grandchildren of founder Lowell Kiesel.
“In the spirit of my grandfather and my father we will continue to offer great sounding gear for musicians and sound professionals,” says Joel. “We’re busy designing new products that will continue our legacy of quality and features that you’ve come to expect. Please join us as we launch into this new era of our company’s history!”
While the company is currently not offering bass-specific equipment, they say they will “continue to offer new guitar, bass, and pro audio products” via their new website. They currently have the new Steve Vai Legacy Drive Preamp Pedal, EM900 In-Ear Monitor System, and the X1 All Tube Preamp Pedal. We’ll keep you posted as new Carvin bass gear is introduced.
