Godeater+ Bass Distortion Pedal: Animal Factory Expands on a Heavy-Hitting Design

Animal Factory Amplification has announced the Godeater+ Dynamic Bass Distortion Pedal, a unit that has been developed over the past three years. The new unit is the updated version of their Godeater pedal and “adds weight” to anything you throw at it.
“Improving on the massive saturation of the original pedal, the Godeater+ packs a filter-keyed sidechain, advanced routing possibilities and MIDI integration, allowing you to sculpt your tone with unmatched flexibility,” the company explains. “We didn’t just stop at the sound – built with high-quality parts into a heavy die-cast aluminum enclosure of our own design, this pedal is equally at home at your feet or your desktop.”
The Godeater+ has a signature distortion circuit that retains the low end and goes from a “mild grunt to extreme saturation.” Other features include an advanced crossover for mixing clean lows and distorted highs.
Get the full rundown on the pedal in the Animal Factory Amplification demo video:
The Animal Factory Amplification Godeater+ will ship globally on March 15 for approximately $380.
