Eggy’s Mike Goodman to Miss Tour Dates, Band Shares Message of Support

Eggy

Eggy is hitting the road to support moe. on tour, but they’ll be down a bassist. The band announced that Mike Goodman will be sitting out the current dates to take care of himself.

Since the beginning, we’ve been vocal about the importance of mental health and open, supportive conversations. Today, we have to put our professional priorities aside to support our brother and bandmate, Mike,” they shared on Facebook. “We’ll be performing as a trio for the run of dates with moe. as Mike will be taking time to focus on his mental health. This was a very difficult decision to make, but our love and care for Mike far surpasses all else. We know how much you all care for Mike, and we ask that you keep him in your thoughts while respecting his privacy.”

Goodman co-founded Eggy in 2016 and has been with them ever since. After releasing their 2019 debut, Watercolor Days, the band has toured constantly in over 40 states, their bio explains.

The band’s tour with moe. will be followed by a run with Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers in September and further tour dates scheduled into 2026.

We’re sending Mike Goodman good vibes for a speedy recovery!
