Donny Benét Breaks Down “Mr Tuxedo” in His Latest Studio Video

Donny Benét is back in the studio, looking dangerously suave and reminding us once again why he may be the sexiest man alive.

In the latest installment of his Back In The Studio series, Benét gets into “Mr Tuxedo,” one of the cuts from his 2026 instrumental album Il Basso. He starts by breaking down the main riffs on his F Bass.   Once the riffs are covered, Benét moves into a full play through in his personal studio. The bass is fat, the pocket is deep, and the whole thing has the unmistakable air of a man who knows exactly what he is doing. “Mr Tuxedo” already has plenty of swagger, but in Donny’s hands it becomes something else entirely.

There is also an Olinto bass lurking in the corner, which feels appropriate. Even Donny’s background scenery has excellent taste.
