We featured Hadrien Feraud yesterday and here we are again. When he keeps releasing videos like these, how can we resist?
This time, Feraud is performing his composition “Johnny Mac” on his Ken Smith Burner Signature 5 bass through a Markbass rig.
The tune originally appeared on Christophe Zoogonès’s 2020 album Zoology with Feraud on bass, Jerry Léonide on Rhodes, Yoann Schmidt on drums, and Zoogonès on flute.
As always, Feraud’s playing is something else. His technique, phrasing, and musicality are all on full display here and worth your time.
