One of my favorite new discoveries is Terrace Martin & The Pollyseeds. Led by saxophonist Martin, the band blends styles a la ’70s Herbie Hancock.
Bassist Brandon Eugene Owens kicks the song in with a nice melodic run before laying into a floating groove.
