Duff McKagan’s “Tenderness” Now Available
The wait for Duff McKagan’s new solo album is finally over: Tenderness is available now on multiple formats. Produced by Shooter Jennings, the record is a reflection of the bassist’s experiences during the recent Guns N’ Roses “Not In This Lifetime” tour and the atmosphere of our times.
“We’re becoming divided at a time when we need each other most,” he says. “When huge industries get replaced because of modernization, it’s time to retrain and bolster up those who get swept aside. Homelessness and drug addiction are avoidable in this country if we come together and get private and public cogs turning together in a positive direction. We can at least try to tackle mental illness while we’re at it. But alas, we stump and lie, point fingers and divide. We’re way better than this.”

McKagan is currently on tour in support of Tenderness with Jennings and his band in tow. The album is available now on CD, vinyl and as a digital download (iTunes and Amazon MP3).
