Brandon Shaw has a cool YouTube channel called Digging The Greats, and he just shared a fun video for bassists. He plays through eight songs that make for good lines for soundcheck, including deeper cuts by artists like Anderson .Paak, Bernard Wright, Earth Wind & Fire, and Mac Miller.
“Is this an incredibly vain idea for a video? Yes,” Shaw admits. “Is this something we ALL subconsciously do? Come on, I can’t be the only one who does this.”
