Very sad news to report today: Adam Schlesinger has passed away from coronavirus complications. He was 52 years old.

Bass builder Mike Lull has passed away at the age of 65. A cause of death was not announced. The news was shared on the Mike Lull Custom Guitars Facebook page.

Former D.R.I. bassist Josh Pappe has passed away from undisclosed causes. He was 53 years old. The news was shared by his former bandmate Spike Cassidy on Facebook.

Sad news to report today: bassist Joe Payne has passed away from undisclosed causes. He was 35 years old. Payne was known for his technical ability in the death metal scene. He joined Nile in 2005 when he was 19 years old.

Elijah Nelson of Seattle death metal band Black Breath has passed away of undisclosed causes. He was 40 years old.

Bassist Dave Riley has passed away from throat and lung cancer. He was 59 years old. Riley first played with Static while also working as a sound engineer for bands like Parliament. In the ’80s, he joined Steve Albini’s punk rock band, Big Black.
