SuperBass: Two For The Blues
We’ve been following John Goldsby on Twitter for a while now, and he’s one of the great friends to us and many others there.
So as we were browsing for videos of John, I ran into this one. Four bass players, a vocalist and a drummer playing a phone book. I couldn’t resist.
The four bassists include John, plus John Clayton, Ray Brown and Christian McBride. They’re joined by John Riley on phone book and brushes, and Carmen Bradford on vocals.
