Evan Seinfeld Leaves Biohazard
Just days before their appearance at the 2011 Download Festival, Biohazard frontman Evan Seinfeld has left the group. The bassist/vocalist helped found the Brooklyn-based hardcore band in 1987 and stuck with them through their 2006 breakup and eventual reunion.
Seinfeld will still be featured on the band’s upcoming album, which is set for release this fall.
Guitarist Bobby Hambel said, “We have a long history together, but it’s time for a change. We wish Evan well.”
Seinfeld will be temporarily replaced by Scott Roberts, who contributed bass to Biohazard’s 2005 effort Means To An End, while the band finds a permanent member.
