Bass of the Week: Fant Guitars Omega Bass

This week we’re checking out the Omega bass by Fant Guitars, which features a cool oversized pickup cover/pickguard shaped like their logo. The bass also has an interesting blend of tone woods: the body and fingerboard are made of cherry while the neck and top are made from walnut. The body is finished is a cool vintage purple that pops against the cherry pickup cover.
Fant fitted the Omega with a pair of Tesla JB pickups with a passive volume/volume/tone control layout. Other features include a triangle inlay at the 12th fret, Gotoh tuners, and a Gotoh bridge.
