Free Nationals Release Debut Album
The Free Nationals have gained notoriety as Anderson .Paak’s live band, but now they’ve struck out with an album of their own. The group, anchored by bassist Kelsey Gonzalez, tapped .Paak for their debut with other contributions by the late Mac Miller, Daniel Caeser, Kali Uchis, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, and more.
“3 years in the making and now it’s finally out,” Gonzalez wrote on his Instagram page. “I can’t be more proud of my brothers Free Nationals for making such a timeless album. So much love and respect to all the incredible artists that were a part of this. Hope you guys enjoy.”
