Genzler Amplification Unveils the Nu Classic Bass Cabinet Series

Genzler Amplification Nu Classic Bass Cabinet Series with Amps

Genzler Amplification has expanded its product lineup with a brand new series of cabinets called the Nu Classic Series. The models are described as compact, lightweight, and delivering “classic tone and warm full-spectrum response.”

The series includes three models: the 300-watt NC-112T, the 500-watt NC-210T, and the 600-watt NC212T. Each of them has a classic black vinyl covering with white/gray grille cloth and silver piping. They also feature ferrite/ceramic magnet low frequency driver formats plus a compression tweeter.

“The combination of component selection, ported cabinet design and construction techniques combine to deliver the sought-after performance and feel of Ferrite/Ceramic loudspeakers in a lightweight cabinet ‘weight class’ — normally associated with Neodymium speaker cabinets,” Genzler writes. “We accomplish this utilizing our ‘tried and true’ manufacturing principles, well-braced 12mm lite plywood construction, internal triangular truss-style side-to-back bracing, internal acoustic dampening, shelf-port designs with ‘softened’ leading edges to deliver strong, powerful, low-frequency support with less turbulence.”
