Calling all pedal geeks, effects gurus, and sonic scientists: Reverb’s new documentary The Pedal Movie is now available. The film clocks in at 2 hours and 22 minutes and tells the story of effects pedals with interviews from over 100 builders, artists, producers, and more.

“From the fuzzed out ’60s to the experimental sounds of today, guitar effects pedals have forever changed the course of popular music. In ‘The Pedal Movie’, pedal builders, engineers, players, and fans tell the story of how these strange little boxes of noise have evolved through the decades and how a totally unique industry of small-scale artisans has grown up around them.”
