Ernie Ball Hyper Slinky Bass Strings Now Available
Ernie Ball unveiled a new set of their Slinky Bass Strings back in 2020, and now they’re available. The Hyper Slinky Bass strings offer a new gauge set of .040, .060, .080, and .100.
“Featuring nickel-plated steel wrap wire and a tin-plated hex core, these new gauges provide the same Slinky feel and tone that players have relied on for decades,” the company writes.
The set offers a more moderate amount of tension. The Ernie Ball Hyper Slinky Bass Strings are available now for $19.99.
