Orange Amplification Revamps the O Bass

Orange Amplification has updated their O Bass for 2022. Originally launched in 2015, the bass retains all of its same mojo with improved characteristics.
The new iteration is built with a lightweight African okoume body, a purpleheart fretboard, and a revamped fretwork and neck shape. “Funky octave swoops have never felt more natural,” they state.
The O Bass is fitted with a split-coil humbucker pickup that they say offers articulate high end and tight low end. Other features include orange or black finishes, which each have alternative pickguards.
The Orange Amplification O Bass is available for $549.
