Karina Rykman with Mike Gordon: City Kids
Bubbly bassist Karina Rykman has been covering the East Coast on her latest winter tour. On December 3rd, she performed at Nectar’s in Burlington, Vermont, and welcomed Phish bassist Mike Gordon onto the stage for an extended version of her song “City Kids.”
Rykman rocks the song out before saying, “I’ll be right back,” with Gordon coming onstage to fill her spot. She eventually returns for a two-bass jam that goes all over the place.
Rykman’s tour wraps up on December 10th in Washington, DC.
