Previously Unreleased Motörhead Track Now Available

Motörhead: Bad Magic: SERIOUSLY BAD MAGICMotörhead is gearing up to re-release their 23rd and final studio album, Bad Magic: SERIOUSLY BAD MAGIC, on February 24th, but they’re letting some of the goods out early. The band has just posted a previously unreleased track called “Greedy Bastards” that will be featured on the upcoming record.

The track features a spoken word intro by the late Lemmy Kilmister before the trio kicks into a slow groove. Lemmy’s bass is as fat and gritty as ever as he speaks on the evils of politics.

“Another beauty from the Bad Magic sessions,” notes guitarist Phil Campbell, “with Lem’s lyrics hitting our times bang on the head.”

An animated video for the song was released in tandem with the track itself. Check it out here:

Bad Magic: SERIOUSLY BAD MAGIC will be released in box sets with both vinyl and CD editions in addition to streaming versions. A press release adds that “The Limited Edition Boxset will contain the CD Digipak with Bonus Disc, Double 12” Vinyl, exclusive Lemmy War, Love, Death and Injustice audio interview on 12” vinyl and exclusive edition Motörhead – MURDER ONE Ouija Board and Planchette.” It’s available for pre-order now.
