Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade: “Pigs” Live
Bass guru Les Claypool reunited his Fearless Flying Frog Brigade for an extensive set of tour dates this year. Each night of the tour featured the group performing the Pink Floyd masterpiece Animals in its entirety.
Not only is the music amazing, it has tons of great bass lines. Claypool just released a pro-shot recording of the song “Pigs” that was recorded on May 24th, 2023, in Denver, Colorado. The clip shows off their wild light show and musicianship. It’s great for us low-enders because Claypool’s bass is mixed pretty high, so you can clearly hear everything he’s doing.
The Fearless Flying Frog Brigade will return with the “Hunt for Green October” tour next month.
