Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew’s “Remain In Light” Tour Returns for 2024 with Julie Slick
Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew are teaming up once again to bring the “Remain In Light” tour back for summer 2024. The duo will once again put together a stellar band to perform and celebrate music from the Talking Heads’ Remain In Light era.
The group is stacked with former members of Turkuaz, Yahuba Garcia-Torres on percussion, and the great Julie Slick on bass. Slick is a longtime collaborator with Belew who began working with him in 2006 for his Power Trio. She’s also performed with the Talking Heads tribute band Start Making Sense, making her the perfect fit for the Remain in Light tour.
The concerts will begin on July 16th in Cincinnati, Ohio and will work their way Northeast as far as Portland, Maine. They’ll then turn south to finish in Tarrytown, New York on August 4th. West Coast fans can catch the band during their previously announced New Years Eve Run in California. See full dates below.
