Will Lee Shares Footage of George Harrison’s Final Concert at Royal Albert Hall

Will Lee has been sharing a lot of amazing videos lately, and this one is super special.

Here’s what he said about this one: “Playing with George Harrison at his last show. This was taken by various cameras in the audience, so the quality is what it is. We did a mini-set with Joe Walsh (Pretty Maids All In A Row, In The City, Life In The Fast Lane, Funk #49, Rocky Mountain Way) and Gary Moore (Walking By Myself, The Sky Is Crying, The Blues Is Alright, Still Got The Blues) which appear on bootleg CD’s but not here. The CD is titled “Hari & The Hijack Band”. This was beyond exciting for me – I barely had time to listen to the music, but studied it every minute right up until rehearsal the day before the show, for which I arrived by Concorde (THANKS GEORGE!) and went right to rehearsal. Most of the band had already played these George tunes with Clapton in Japan, but it was my first and only gig. I don’t think George ever did a show again, under his own name, after this one……”
