New Look, Same Hook: Peter Hook’s Signature Bass Returns in Gold and Sunburst for 2025

Eastwood Hooky Viking PRO Bass

Eastwood Guitars is continuing its collaboration with bass hero Peter Hook. Since their first work together in 2019, the company has released a few models with the Joy Division/New Order bassist, and now they’re adding new colors to the Hooky Viking PRO model.

The full-scale, semi-acoustic four-string bass was launched last year in Dark Cherry and Black finishes. Eastwood’s 2025 lineup will also include the axe in Goldtop and 3-Tone Sunburst versions. Each colorway is limited to 18 pieces.

The remaining features remain the same, including a mahogany body and maple top, an ebony fingerboard, a split-coil pickup at the bridge, and an active/passive 3-band EQ.

The Eastwood Hooky Viking PRO is available now at a direct price of $1,799.
