Esperanza Spalding Brings Fretless Groove to Herbie Hancock’s “Watermelon Man” with Glasper

Esperanza Spalding and Robert Glasper took on Herbie Hancock’s “Watermelon Man” at the Polar Music Prize and gave it a fresh spin. Just two masters reimagining a classic and having a blast doing it.
