Chuck Savage is a Houston, Texas-based musician, songwriter, and guitarist with a career spanning four decades of rock, roots, and everything in between.
From the high-octane energy of The Missiles in the ’80s and ’90s, to touring the country circuit with the Supersuckers, to a decade on the road with Jesse Dayton — Chuck has earned every mile on that odometer.
He’s also the man holding down the bass on comedian Mitch Hedberg’s debut CD, Strategic Grille Locations — proof that great music doesn’t always stay in one lane.
His new book about his time with Hedberg, Just Bring The Bass Up There… It’ll Be Cool, is out now.
